For the correct use of the "Webinar" module, you can perform the following steps:

  • Select an appointment by clicking on one of the links on the page.
  • To join the scheduled meeting, choose one of the buttons from the menu on the right:

Join via the Zoom app" or "Join through your web browser“.

  1. "Join via Zoom" redirects you to the Zoom download page. Download the application, install it and click again on the "Join via the Zoom application" button. This time, select open the link with the previously installed application.
  2. "Join via web browser" opens your meeting directly on the web page.
  • The first step is to accept the conditions for using the platform,
  • The second step is to enter the Name and Surname,
  • The third step is to activate your computer's speakers. This is done by clicking the "Join with Computer Audio" button.
  • The fourth step is to enable the microphone and webcam. This is done by pressing the icons 

which can be found on the left side, in the bottom corner of the application.
