The Ministry of European Investments and Projects is recruiting, for a period of 2 months, under the terms of Law no. 176/2018 regarding the internship, with subsequent amendments and additions, 3 (three) interns in order to carry out an internship program developed within the project: "National Platform of Good Practices for Roma - Stage II", financed by grant no. 101008222 – ROM Platform – REC-AG-2020/REC-RDIS-NRCP-AG-2020 by the European Commission, as follows:

General Directorate of Programming and System Coordination – 3 positions

• 3 internal, for a period of 2 months, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 176/2018 regarding the internship, with subsequent amendments and additions, between 02.14.2023 and 04.14.2023.

Only people who cumulatively meet the following general and specific conditions can participate in the competition organized in order to carry out the internship:

1. Conditions of participation:

• are aged between 18-25 years;
• are Romanian citizens belonging to the Roma minority (proof being the affidavit submitted to the file);
• are enrolled in a form of higher or post-secondary education/ are graduates of a form of higher or post-secondary education;
• submit a letter of motivation according to the format attached to the recruitment notice;
• meet the specific conditions provided in the internship form (as presented in chapter II. Specific conditions), related to the position for which they are applying (language and IT skills, etc.).

Purpose: pthe internship program aims to facilitate interns' knowledge of the specifics of the activity of the National Contact Point Department for Roma, through work experiences aimed at developing their practical skills and/or professional competences.

Specialized studies: are enrolled in a form of higher or post-secondary education/are graduates of a form of higher or post-secondary education.

Improvements (specializations): it's not necessary.

Specific requirements regarding seniority in the required specialty: it's not necessary.

Knowledge of computer operation/programming (requirement and level): Knowledge of operating the Windows system, MS Office (Word-required for drafting documents, Excel-required for preparing databases, Outlook) - minimum level;

Foreign languages (need and level of knowledge): English (written, read, spoken) - intermediate level;

Required skills, qualities and aptitudes:

• Communication skills;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize;
• The ability to work in a team;
• Creativity and initiative;
• Flexibility;
• Loyalty to the interest of the project and the institution;
• Ensuring the confidentiality of the information to which it has access.

Managerial competence (management knowledge, managerial qualities and skills): it's not necessary.
