Art. 76
(15) In the administrative-territorial units with an increased number of pregnant students and parent students, at the level of the single educational unit or with the most such cases registered, a school mediator position is mandatorily assigned.
Art. 193. – To occupy auxiliary teaching positions, the following educational conditions must be met:
(1) The following educational requirements must be met to occupy auxiliary teaching positions:
i) for the position of school mediator - graduation from university studies with a bachelor's degree in any specialization, graduation from a pedagogic high school with a baccalaureate diploma, school mediator specialization, or graduation with a baccalaureate diploma from any high school profile, followed by a professional training course with the school mediator specialization, recognized by the Ministry of Education;
(4) As an exception to the provisions of para. (1) lit. i), for the position of school mediator, in communities with a significant Roma population, where there is no school mediator who meets the educational conditions provided by law - graduation, at least, of the XIIth/XIIIth grade, without baccalaureate diploma, followed by a professional training course specializing in school mediator, recognized by the Ministry of Education.

Please make it compulsory to enter the student's ethnicity in the SIR, if you want us to apply the educational policies of the school for the Roma minority;
This is the only way to preserve identity and reduce stigma!
It is an assimilation!
